Phone Cleaner: Clean Storage respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use our phone cleaner, storage cleaner, duplicate photo cleaner, large file finder, APK manager, unused apps manager and storage analyzer features.

Information We Access

The App may request access to certain device data only to provide its core cleaning and storage management features.

Media Files

The App may access photos and videos on your device to find duplicate photos, similar photos, blurry photos, large videos and other storage-wasting media files.

The App may process file details such as file name, file size, file type, file location, date modified and media thumbnail previews. This information is used only to show cleaning results inside the App.

Storage Files

The App may scan files such as APK installers, archives, large files and old downloads to help you review and clean storage. The App does not blindly delete downloads or documents. You choose what to remove.

App Usage Access

The App may ask you to enable Usage Access permission to show apps you have not used for a long time. This helps the Unused Apps feature work correctly.

The App does not uninstall apps directly. When you choose to uninstall an app, the App opens Android’s official uninstall screen and you confirm the uninstall action through your device.

Advertising ID and Ad Data

The App uses Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect or use information such as the Advertising ID, device information, app interaction data and approximate location to provide, limit, measure and improve ads, depending on your device settings and Google’s ad settings.

How We Use Information

We use information only to provide and improve the App’s core features, including:

Scanning storage

Finding duplicate, similar and blurry photos

Finding large files and large videos

Finding old APK installer files

Showing unused apps

Showing storage analyzer results

Helping you review files before deletion

Showing ads through Google AdMob

Improving app stability and user experience

Local Processing

Most cleaning and storage scanning features are processed locally on your device.

The App does not upload your photos, videos, files, APKs or app usage list to our own server. Detected items are shown inside the App so you can review them before cleaning.

File Deletion and App Uninstall

The App does not delete everything automatically.

You can review detected items, select or deselect files, and confirm before cleaning. On supported Android versions, file deletion may require Android system confirmation.

For unused apps, the App does not silently uninstall any app. It opens Android’s official uninstall screen, and you decide whether to uninstall the selected app.

Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that may collect information according to their own privacy policies.

Google AdMob

The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. Google may collect and process data such as Advertising ID, device information and ad interaction data for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention and ad performance measurement.

You can manage or reset your Advertising ID from your Android device settings.

Photos and Videos Permission

Used to find duplicate photos, similar photos, blurry photos and large videos.

Storage Permission on Older Android Versions

Used on Android 12 and lower to scan media and storage files.

Usage Access Permission

Used only to detect apps you have not used for a long time.

Request Delete Packages Permission

Used only to open Android’s official app uninstall flow.

Advertising ID Permission

Used by AdMob for advertising and ad measurement.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not share your photos, videos, files or app usage list with our own server.

Some data may be processed by third-party services such as Google AdMob for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention and service improvement.

Data Retention

The App does not store your photos, videos or files on our server.

Temporary scan results may be stored locally on your device to show cleaning results and improve app performance. You can clear app data from Android settings at any time.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information handled by the App. However, no app or electronic storage method is 100% secure. The App is designed to process cleaning results locally and give you control before deleting anything.

Enable or disable Usage Access from Android settings

Reset or delete your Advertising ID from Android settings

Cancel Android system delete or uninstall confirmation
